How It Works

1. Refer your bridal clients (bride, maid/matron of honor, bridesmaid, mother of the groom, mother of the bride) to Formed CoolSculpting Elite studio.


2. Email this link and make sure they mention your name in the comments. (We always ask new clients how they heard about us, but it doesn't hurt to be extra sure you get credit!)

• Once your client books a body area treatment of 4 or more cycles (their fist one will be complimentary as part of our introduction offer), you will get 1 complimentary treatment cycle, too. Don't want to use it, yourself? No worries! Gift it to a friend or family member.
• Each cycle is valued at $700 – so for every friend you refer, you're making progress toward your own total body transformation (or that of someone you care about)!
